From the moment we arrived, Mr. Firdous was an incredible host. His hospitality was unmatched, from picking us up to sharing his knowledge of the area. The room was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning lawn to relax in. The facilities were top-notch, with hot water, comfortable beds, and a clean and hygienic environment. The highlight of our stay was the enriching Kashmiri tea and snacks that were served upon arrival. We will definitely be returning to this exceptional property.

I had a decent stay during my xmas trip. The hotel had a good location near a popular attraction and a market. The room was spacious and provided hot water which was a relief in the cold winter weather. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed trying the local cuisine.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like wifi and room service. The staff were friendly but not very efficient.

As soon as I walked through the doors of this hotel, I was greeted with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The lobby felt like a comfortable living room, complete with soft music playing in the background. The owner provided a personal and friendly welcome, offering me delicious Kashmiri cookies and tea. The room was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the open-able windows, which allowed me to enjoy the sunny weather and fresh air. The hotel also had a lovely garden where I could have my breakfast, surrounded by nature and energy.
The only minor issue I encountered was the weak water pressure in the bathroom.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from the popular Dal lake and nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our Christmas stay more enjoyable. We were provided with delicious and well-priced food during our visit, and the hot water was always available for us to use.
The hotel room felt a bit outdated and could do with some modernization. the towels provided were old and discolored, which was not very pleasant.
